Just my guess, part way back in less than 6 mo. China is holding back buying to get better next yr deals on coal, iron, etc, price set soon.

And this frozen in fear situation overall, will thaw. And lines of credit to resume shipping.

It is human nature to panic and fear the worst. But not human nature to stay scared. Reflation is in the hands of govs if they force it, accepting the costs.

But don't take any of that to the bank ...............................

Mish has done an outstanding job warning folks and things are playing out as he has predicted thus far.

I agree the worst of the borrowers can't be saved, but gov can help others at the expense of the savers, a balancing act, lets watch it play out.
