Elroy,

You need to download and install the WinRAR archiver, available on trial basis from the web or from rarlab.com
Once installed open the .rar file and that will covert all the other segments into one large .avi file you can watch.

Those multiple .rar downloads I have encountered are compiled by instructions in the .r1 part of the download. Install winrar like Alex said and the icons should turn into something that looks like a stack of books. Then double-click on part 1 and see if it doesn't put it all together for you. All the parts need to be in one folder and winrar will extract and "sew" them together into a folder within that one.
