i make money in either direction. My hedging seems to work great. DID YOU KNOW: The real estate equivalent of the S&P is paying $1,000,000 for a piece of property that can only rent for $1365 a month. The property has to be worth $1,233,600 next year at this time or you will lose money. Go think about it real hard tonight.
