As much as I can't fathom there being anything to this I can't for the life of me understand why he doesn't just prove it's nonsense and be done with it.

Can you imagine the crisis if he wasn't eligible? They can't just seat Biden as President because he wasn't running and isn't already sworn in as VP to replace a sitting President. Can you imagine the court determining that we need to seat McCain? Wowza talk about cities burning.
