No, not looking for test of the 2002 lows for confirmation of anything really. It is just a step along the way that I/we were waiting for -- one that we knew had to come eventually, so any thought of looking for a complete pattern down was premature before that event.

When is it over this "big C"? Same answer as always for any big move -- seriously.

* When folks stop buying the dip with fury
* When talking-heads stop talking about bargains
* When the Elliott pattern looks like it may be complete (for me, I never care about last wiggle -- just that it looks like it is done or a low from being done -- serving dessert)
* For this "big C", When MA's of hard sentiment measures (put/call and their ilk) are at historic lows
