Here's the thinking:

If some hate-filled Christianist like Neil Clark Warren starts a dating service, he'd better not fail to arrange same-sex matches too. We can't let that hate-filled bastard, Warren, get away with making an impression he might not approve of same sex unions, and in order to prevent that we have to force our moral values on him. And the courts say we can.

Thats why the successful CA suit against a fertility doctor who referred for ivf for a lesbian to be handled by another doctor. That doctor had to be punished for thinking there was anything morally objectionable going on.

Ditto the fine against a NM photographer. Albuquerque has a million people and there are no doubt plenty of photographers willing to photograph a gay wedding, but one Christian one who turned down the job had to be punished.

Its all about enforcing moral approval. Not about rights cause the rights - they already have them under CA's civil union law.

eHarmony's TV ads made it look so wholesome! Do you think they'll run ads featuring gay men and lesbians?

Brumar, > eHarmony forced to offer same-sex dating services; Update: And now, a class-action lawsuit

Unbelievable. There is a real culture war going on here, and it's being waged in the courts.

Do you believe everyone is equal in this country except gays and lesbians?
