Bush nearly doubled national debt, gave away money to the already rich, got into a hugely expensive war and did absolutely nothing to move the country forward. The financial markets understand this. It took them awhile to digest the fact that being a part of the 'debt bubble' does not make the masters of the universe (more like schmucks) but now they understand what damage Bush and Reaganomics have done to the world. The bankrupt ideology bankrupt us.
