Bush is still fighting for oil. He wants to use up the $25 billion slated for the development of more fuel efficient cars. That is bad for his BASE, the only people he cares about. Bush has spent his entire time in office finding ways to screw the American public. He is so venal that he even went to war to cement his reelection. He is such a sociopath that he looted the US Treasury and ran up the national debt so that government and the American people have little room to move. Every sewage plant in the USA should be named after him.
