Those price usually change once the warehouse needs to be restocked.

But not always. Importers often try to keep the market price stable, as BMW America long has, so takes a loss sometimes offset by huge gains othe times.

I would say 70 cents or so is fair value for goods. But a lot of high end services are cheaper here. McDonalds is particularly cheap here.
