I saw footage last night where he had already shaken hands with all the leaders previous to walking in. The others shaking hands in the line Bush was in, had just arrived. The White House released the footage and explanation.

It really is. It shows the emotional age of Bush to be about 14.

He'd obviously had to listen to a lot of things in the conference that he didn't like hearing, as you might expect after we collapsed the global economic system.
