Hi Haim,

Don't worry about me stopping the predictions... the only way I would stop is if I found that people were actually using my forecasts for making market investments... and here is why:

I have always maintained that each investor is responsible for doing his or her homework. That is how I got to the place where I am now... I literally tried hundreds of different indicators (see Norman Fosback's book STOCK MARKET LOGIC... it's a gem). I lost tens of thousands of dollars of hard earned cash in trying my hand at trading. I have done what the Blaster did not just once but several times... just not on such a grand scale. And I know THAT was the making of me as a trader. Careful, reasoned, informed... these are but a few of the adjectives which describe my work before I invest. And I know I STILL screw up royally.

Another and an obvious reason would be if my forecasts took a turn for the worse... big time. I try to give others a general forecast so they can compare their thoughts with mine... it is a healthy process every investor should go through IMHO to match his or her wits with others... especially if the other person has a fairly good track record. In that way, someone like the BLASTER (if he listens) has an opportunity to step back and say HEY, AM I WAY OFF BASE? WHAT AM I NEGLECTING? WHY AM I OUT OF LINE? Those are healthy questions the independent investors MUST deal with to keep the thinking realistic. Granted, in any comparison - YOU may have the upper hand and the better forecast.

I guess those would be the biggest concerns I have about posting my forecast ideas on this thread.

Please, do your own work and build your own investment "culture," and not mine. I use culture rather than approach here as what goes into forecasting becomes a broad range of approaches to dealing with the tons of data for use in forecasts. Maybe the word "process" would fit better.

Regards,
