Actually, those are Hillary's horns. Normally she retracts them, but she also has the unique ability to mold them into whatever shape serves her purpose.

Given some of the alternatives - particularly Kerry - I think that Hillary would be a good choice for Secretary of State (I can't believe I actually wrote that). Her foreign policy views are more muscular than Obama. She has a bigger set of cojones than anyone else around Obama.
