Velocity of money/money multiplier - watch that chart...

Nice post Paul.

There is really a huge lag effect for all this stimulus to
work it's way through the system because the velocity of
money has slowed.

The bet will be that when it does finally begin to take effect,
that the Fed will be able to remove the punch bowl in time.
