he only has 350 billion right now. The second tranche needs to be voted on by congress and I doubt he gets it. It is not having the desired effect, although obviously we still have a serious banking crisis and Citi stock makes it look like they are a bk candidate.

This supposedly smart guy, a veteran of Goldman Sachs turns out that he has no idea what he is doing and he has duped the entire country by giving money away with no supervision and letting the corrupt CEOs get more and more money.

This is the shocker.....how Paulson did so well at GS is beyond me.....unless he was a crook which wouldn't surprise me.
