The rental is a dump, can't get the owner to fix a dadgum thing. After a month, we finally got the upstairs a/c working as well as the second hot water heater. The dishwasher quit last week but that's comes as no surprise. What does irritate me is they still have the realtors lockbox hanging on the door and the locks have never been changed. We had to take their key and get copies made. Hopefully, we're outta there in a few weeks. The house is coming along nicely. They sunroom is in, they have it insulated and sheet rocked. The a/c's are suppose to be installed this next week and then comes painting and floors. We have yet to see a check from the mortgage company. They assured me they would be cutting one yesterday, call me with the tracking number which they haven't and I left all that info at home. The second inspection hasn't taken place yet because the inspector hasn't called me back. I really think the mortgage company is dragging their feet on issuing checks because they are using that money.
