Absolutely. Course corrections, setting the vision and the strategy and diving deep in trouble spots. Picking the right people, not being afraid of a debate to tease out every side of an issue, making a swift decision, and then knowing how to sell your decision. Those are the makings of a great leader. Obama has demonstrated all those attributes during his campaign over the last 2 years. He isn't going to be a great leader. He already is and we're seeing evidence of that as he builds his new team.
