silencing of dissent - See SEC suit against Mark Cuban. Also, we expect some efforts to shut down politicla talk radio, not by using the fairness doctrine, but by requiring "local content" and changing liscense renewals from every 9 years to every 2 years. break up of the union - I don't think anyplace that can proide tax revenue will be allowed to go. Unless China wants to buy Puerto Rico ;-) I think the increased political control happens first.
