CASH alone is about $5 per share, so with today's closing of $26 and
change, deduct the $5 cash to get $21 divide by most recent estimates of $2.72 for the year = PE around 8.

I read somewhere that any stock that gives you flat earnings deserves a PE of 8. So $26 is just about the minimum the stock should go for.
How about if it's showing some revenue growth, gross margin expansion, new products, etc.

BTW, did the currency woes of SouthEast Asia come into play in the earnings?
