It's a matter of priorities Ken. Pres Bush was forced to increase military spending in order to defend the US from Islamic terrorists who are dedicated to the elimination of the USA. Obama's priorities are pie in the sky, nanny state bromides that never work and require an ever larger, more expensive federal government. Bush's spending was necessary for national defense, while Obama foolishly advocates wasteful liberal programs he hopes will win his reelection.

If the money is spent going after and disrupting the lives of the enemies of all of the free world Like President Bush did YES!
