thanks for your opinion. i think that silver should you be better hedge than gold if we have hyperinflation, which i think is possible in not too distant a future. i think deflation is not going to last long as things deflate(baloon analogy) much faster than they inflate. so if you calculate that we have been inflating for the last 7 years than i think deflation could take less than a year. and mish has a point when he says he thinks the deleveraging could already be over with gold.

US dollar makes me nervous to hold. as i think the world is trying to somehow get rid of it any chance it gets(they are stuck with it for now as they would hurt themselves if the dishoard it too quickly). its like you have been held hostage and will try to get out as soon as you can get a chance. but the question is where do you run to after you release yourself.
euro? canadian dollar? etc. or tangibles?
