<I have been told that earnings expectations after the merger and not considering the most recent contract
are for between 45c and 50c for next year. This is on a fully diluted basis on aprox. 14.1 miilion
shares.>

May I ask who told you that?

Since there were already 14.15M common and equiv. shares in the last 10-Q, 755K in options (all in the money now) awarded since the annual meeting in July, and IFCI's press releases indicate approx 400K shares to acquire the $7M revenue company and "less than 2M shares" to acquire the $15M revenue company (are there two mergers pending, or just one?), that would appear to total well more than 14.1M shares. What am I missing?

Still waiting for a reply.

I see that Rob has posted elsewhere in SI the past couple of days, but no response here.

On Oct 22, Rob S. said (in full) "I have been told that earnings expectations after the merger and not considering the most recent contract are for between 45c and 50c for next year. This is on a fully diluted basis on aprox. 14.1 miilion shares."

To which I replied:

1. May I ask who told you that?

2. Since there were already 14.15M common and equiv. shares in the last 10-Q, another 755K in options (all in the money now) awarded since the annual meeting in July, and IFCI's press releases indicate approx 400K shares to acquire the $7M revenue company and 'less than 2M shares' to acquire the $15M revenue company, that totals well more than 14.1M shares. So Rob, isn't your "guidance" on the share count obviously in error?

Because I dared ask two simple, factual questions ... and persist because the original poster won't answer them, the Kool-Aid longs on this thread try to pretend that is is I rather than Rob who's doing the hyping.

I haven't hyped, I asked two questions. The hyping is being done by Rob S., and by those who refuse to consider the simple arithmetic.

You can call me whatever you want, but that just shows how uninterested you are in getting the facts straight.

So, Rob: 1. Who gave you that guidance? 2. Why won't you admit that the share count you provided is obviously wrong?

next.
