Excuse me, Michael, but just how do you "know" MVPH has cancelled that certificate? Think we're all aware now that MVPH contests having to hand over those shares, but that doesn't mean they won't eventually have to abide by the original contract.

You have just raised my per share price another $.25 each.

Michael,

MVPH has stated RMIL has no legal right to those shares and has
cancelled the certificate held by Morgan.

If I gave you the deed to my house as collateral for a loan and then you sold that debt to someone else under the same terms of repayment as originally stipulated, do you think that I could unilateraly cancel the obligation. I honestly don't know all the ramifications to the deals between MVPH, PRTI, RMCW and RMIL, but I would think that this may be settled in court.
