(Only OBL's death or capture could do that....) But... DID YOU NOTICE that this particular terrorist --- who tried to bomb airliners headed to the US --- was being protected by Pakistan's Intelligence Agency???????????? (His terrorist group is part and parcel of Pakistan's military policy --- they use them to attack the Indians in Kashmir....) And, we KILLED HIM ANYWAY! Now THAT is the way to let a double-dealing so-called 'ally' know that we mean what we say now.
