Of all the nationally known politicians out there, Palin is one of the very few whom I would like to know personally (Joe Lieberman is another). My compliments on having actually met her.

The remarkable hysterical response to her from the left, especially women, just reinforces my opinion that she is a star that will be a force to be reckoned with in the coming years. The response to her was nearly a full-out panic as even the most wacked out liberals realized her star quality. Only Rove and Cheney can compete as recipients of the outrageous and unfair insults thrown at her, and we all know what power players they are.

I only wish she had the chance to enter the national spotlight earlier, enabling her to be more ready for the barrage of torpedoes launched at her from the left wing national media.
