Like politicizing the judicial branch of government. One needs to know what happened to avoid doing it again. Also, at some point the rule of law has to mean something. The bush administration has operataed in complete secrecy and complete disregard for the law. I do not think Obama intends to do the same. Does he just let the crimes of Gitmo go, Wallstreet go, or the war profiteering?
