I say that if that needs to be done, let the World Court handle it. But Obama is doing the right thing by closing down Gitmo instead.

Neither Nixon's nor Clinton's impeachable offenses caused any life. Yes, they were against the law and violating the law which they swore to uphold was justifiably caused them to be impeached. Not only Bush violated the law by lying to Congress and took the nation into unlawful invasion to a sovereign country which was no thread to our security, hundreds of thousands lives were lost, and hundreds of thousands of people were permanently injured. Do you think Bush will get away with that?
