I was on a walk with my dog the other day and these two big, white dogs came charging up to us growling, showing their teeth and being very menacing. I picked up a rock and threw it at them as I walked very quickly towards them telling them to knock it off. This was on a pretty busy street, and I imagine there are quite a few people that have had the same experience I had. I'm going to try to get their address and call the dog catcher people and file a complaint. Letting dogs like this loose is what I call really irresponsible.
