Wow Tim, don't be ashamed of the work you did. Most people don't like to consider the carnage when they purchase their neatly packaged T-bone. My husband's grandparents had a farm, and I've heard plenty of stories about animals being slaughtered. Hogs, chickens, cattle, you name it. I have to say that slaughtering animals at such an impressionable age would be very tough, though. But you know what they say, it's a dirty job, but somebody's gotta do it....I have the utmost respect for the individuals that have labored at the "thankless" tasks, where would all those guys in the wingtips be without 'em, huh? bp
