yeah... and we get you don't like the new electric car startups. So why is that Mulholland?

See the thing is, I KNOW why I don't like the Tahoe and GM. Its because they keep suing CA and our Cafe standards, while simultanously "cooking the books" with things like tax cuts for people that buy these 6000lb monstrocities. Realizing of course, that if the gov't created the same electric car tax credit that they created for 6000 lb gas guzzlers, then Tesla, Fizker, Phoenix, think, etc. all of them would be immediately viable. So, thats my gripe.

But whats yours? Why do you care?

Its because, without coastal money the automaker business model of building big gas guzzlers falls apart, thats why. Its not that you want to be able to buy a tahoe, its that you need ME to buy them, and thats the problem. And every coastal resident knows thats the problem, otherwise why block Cafe standards that are for the west coast only?

Well no worries, the witch (Dingell) is dead. Better buy that Tahoe while you still can! Here comes the carbon tax.

In a Tahoe winter, you might actually NEED the 4wd in that Tahoe!

Still, they could be driving Subarus..
