People like you have held onto your beliefs very firmly and with conviction. And rightfully so. You are now seeing them unfold in front of your eyes. We will soon have a President "who has a tan". And with him in office we will see an increasing involvment by our Government. Call it socialist or call it whatever. For free markets to survive, we need people of character and morals. Some folks just can't keep looting the people here in the US, move capital and jobs overseas and start exploiting unsuspected poor workers there.
