yes, i am aware of the difference between notional and var, and even if realized at 5%, that weapon's power would be biblical, as was the original Big Bang that kicked off the Universal Elemental State Reset, giving rise to all the stars, and all the planets, and all the stars that gave birth to all the gold

The "stimulus" seems puny in face of massive losses to earnings, savings, and confidence. People are hunkering down and learning how to live a less consumptive life style.

add to the crash in crude oil prices also the other commodities we use every day - but many prices are also lower because USD strength
