yep, even a few walnuts or pecans pretty much eliminates my hunger between meals

i've been using 'canola' mayo for years now....

not that i use a lot...

a small jar will last me for months...

No one will study it, but oil reduces hunger. No doubt of it. I take a tablespoon of Canola to cut hunger between meals. OTOH, Carbs increase hunger. Eat a wheat product between meals, and you are hungrier.

I sometimes take a tablespoon (less than full) of extra virgin olive oil. Olive oil (extra virgin kind with minimal or no heat processing) has an additional benefit of being rich in polyphenols.
