i project my salary triples next year - see how easy that was? ;-)

now all you need is a statement from saying they just had a surplus, but that doesn't exist since the debt increased every single year clinton was president (by definition, not a surplus).

the guy used the bubble to come real close, but no cigar.

of course, using a bubble to pay down debt is a lot better than how the bushevics used the bubble.

O.k., Here are the actual numbers. Surplus in 1998 and 2000. whitehouse.gov

Remember, I am not saying that these are actual surpluses as you and I would count them. I am saying that they were reported surpluses by the CBO, which you seem to think is a myth.
