I would have thought Richardson would be a better pick for Energy as well, but he's done that already, so maybe he wanted something new. With his exec experience, he'll do great as Commerce Secretary.

As far as Palin goes, I couldn't care less about her. I simply respond when anyone defends her. She was a silly pick by McCain and he has now paid the consequences. Enough said.
