Mike,

I hadn't looked at it that way, guess I know to many brokers who scalp points from their clients and the lots. Must be pretty hard to sleep at night when you have to push your "sell list" to your clients instead of what you really feel is good. What does the list produce 10%? 20%? Hmm, mines done 88%. I think I'll stick with mine.
