Romney is a private citizen. Too bad you don't get as exercised about the President-elect's 180's as you do about those of people who don't count.

I actually FULLY AGREE with where Romney is right *now* on this issue: bankruptcy is the single most promising route left to salvage the most from this industry, at this late date other options (that might have worked if applied years ago) would be too little and too late.

HOWEVER, although Willard is correct now (now that he no longer needs the votes of Michiganites to defeat McCain, and so doesn't have to pander to them, or gull them with words he doesn't really mean...) we can MARK THIS PARTICULAR ROMNEY FLIP-FLOP down now as the "First Flip-Flop of the 2012 Campaign".

Congratulations to Willard "Mitt" Romney for getting so far ahead of the pack!
