The financing is occurring right now, but what makes you think that getting financing and not being dilutive are mutually exclusive?

Bill I think you know this already but this is a story stock. OZON has several great products with distinct advantages over the competing technologies. I previously alluded to my early buy of Iomega stock, just after insiders got in. I think we all know that story too. Great product right. But when insider's bought there was no money and no profit on the immediate horizon. Did that matter to investors who realized how superior their technology might be. Not a bit. Sure I took my money and ran when it tripled in IOMG. I had tripled my money and the company still had not shown a profit. Of course the stock kept right on running, It made those Motley Fool guys famous. But when the stock was trading at ever higher all the logical agruments that should have said sell no longer applied. Why? It was a great story.

So is OZON. One good contract and the rise starts. It won't matter how far off in the future actual profits are. It won't matter if there is competition. It won't be necessary to write our congressman. Anyway that is my opinion. Regards, Jeff
