...someone who owns an aggressive dog like that would be out in public with it and not have it under control. That's exactly right. That's why my dogs have been obedience trained and understood the meaning of "NO!" I have a relatively new down the street neighbor who came home a couple months ago with a pup. Part husky and part German Shepherd. Dog is about 5 or 6 months old now and totally out of control. I told her the other day the dog will get her into a lot of trouble unless she gets some manners injected, real soon. She just smiled at that.
