Yes, they get health care -- substandard health care.

The United States has the best health care in the world. If you make it like Canada's you will destroy it.

Substandard care by our current standards. Take a look at waiting periods for MRI's and operatiosn and cancer survival rates.

In socialized health systems, the young and middle aged with lots of years of tax paying ahead of them get pretty good care. Older folks get rationed care.
