Michael - I sincerely hope you are correct about the two points you've brought up. The shares being cancelled and there being a "chill" on at the DTC. You are a broker and these things are relavant to your occupation. There is NO distinction between being a private citizen and a broker when discussing certain subjects as far as the NASD and SEC are concerned.
