Turns out this was the same company that Mamma.com’s current CFO used for a private placement for Mamma ( sec.gov ) I said at the top that I found out some interesting things in this thread, this was probably the most interesting. If you don't know who this guy is, it would take an hour for me to explain, so permit me to politely decline. In any event, for some reason, all original replies to the blog in question, entitled "I Feel so Dirty Naked Shorts", are missing ( see: blogmaverick.com ).
