As per their last CC that I listened to roughly half of their wafers are purchased on the spot market. The other half is tied to long term contracts. They have a rather large inventory of higher priced wafers that they have to work through so I don't expect a lower cost structure until the middle of next year. They are negotiating to get prices lowered in a number of their forward contracts. In fact a large number of Si based PV manufacturers are in the same boat, especially in China.

Also wanted to add that this solar PV stock could be the largest percentage gainer if you can look out a couple years.
