What about MAVK? Is it still reeling thanks to comments from the CEO of LSS? Or is there bad news lurking out there that I do not know of?
This has been a stellar performer and I hate to lose out on so much profit. Stay in or get out. I am looking at a short term outlook. I'd get in on the drillers instead - MDCO, CDG, VRC, PESC.

Comments anyone,

John.

Thean...does there still need to be more of a shakeout in the drillers and oil service stocks? Noticed the other day in IBD that many of these stocks no longer carry the "A" rating for accumulation as they had for so long. Also noticed that a number of these stocks are lower than what they opened at this morning...at least as of this post. There has been so much recent positive press and news releases in this sector that I wonder if at the very least a short term top was put in a week or two ago. Just a few observations.

Here is a question for some long time investors in this sector. Is it true that the oil sector is typically the last one to move in a long term bull market? I seem to recall something like this in the back of my mind. Either that or old age is creeping up on me.

Good trading to all.
