Treasuries yields are crashing again. a la, post-1987 crash.

Yesterday, the Feds got more innovative - giving FDIC guarantees for the debt issued by Financial companies. First in line? Who else? Goldman Sachs!

One more new program from the Fed today. $600b to (essentially) securitize mortgage debt and $200b to consumers for mortgages.
