i believe it was a cross trade Steven, i.e, someone dumping for a potential avoidance of taxes/another picking up the tab - fund to fund - its a nice trick for mutual funds to trade shares, avoid taxes, claim gains on one fund, other fund has write-off if more selling and/or additional profit if the stock moves up after earnings

Wasn't that 50,000 block recorded as "late"? I don't
know what the significance would be in that case. Except
that someone may not have wanted anyone to see the buy
when it came in.

I am not that familiar with quote com, however that is
how it is posted by them "late"
