It's a genuine program that will always require that those trusted to carry it out are well versed in the actual history of money and its manipulation in its different forms by those who love money and power more than anything else. The posters who revile such a program rarely demonstrate any awareness of the actual history of money and can't be bothered to learn. The preconceived notions they clasp so closely prevent a decent dialogue. I welcome an exchange of ideas about this, but usually get the response you are now getting.
