The Democrats has made history by electing a black man to the White House. Can the neocons top that? YES, and here is the scenario suggested to Bush: Bush resigns on Dec 1, 2008. Cheney is 44th President. On Dec 2, 2008 Cheney chooses Condoleeza Rice as VP. Cheney resigns on Dec 15, 2008. Condoleeza Rice becomes the 45th President: The first woman and the first black person to become President of the United States is a Republican! As for the first minority assuming the office of the Presidency, Obama becomes a footnote as the 46th President.
