There are many facts that one must integrate into any coherent view of life....and one of them is the primacy of property rights in political systems. Why is this right primary? Because we support our lives by means of our labor and the property it generates, if we do not have a right to our property, we do not have a right to life. The US was founded on this principle, among others, in response to centuries of the violation of property rights by Kings and the aristocracy. It was this experience which gave rise to the drive in early America to secure the fundamental rights of "life, liberty, and property" as it was formulated in the 18th century. Today, our property rights have been almost completely destroyed, from many angles, one of them being from the angle of fiat money, which allows the govt to inflate away the value of our property, and with the associated principles of fiat money that it is the purpose of govt to regulate our economy for the benefit of the greater good..adjusting interest rates, money supply, taxes, bail-outs...whatever the group might happen to decide is in the interest of our general welfare. Today our property rights are at the mercy of the mob, instead of the king..but what difference does that make? And our economy and political system is spiraling out of control, as we create more ad hoc adjustments to our spending, borrowing, interest rates, currency levels etc...a wild and irrational destruction of all that the US has been founded upon. Zarlenga is just one more intellectual charlatan who is happy to destroy our system without even knowing the basis upon which it rests. No doubt you have incorporated these facts into your theory....I await your enlightened elaboration....rofl... robin
