Joe, What Purty seems to forget is that the 1996 10-k was not filed until March 1997. There was no halt of trading. He knows, as well as you or I, that there will not be a halt on a BB stock for being late with filing. Even with a Nasdaq stock the initial penalty is to trade with the letter "E" appended to the symbol. But no one is trying to spread misinformation around here. Yeah, and my 90 year old mother can beat Michael Jordon in a game of horse. Doug
