Get your facts straight before trying to condemn the judiciary to fit your reactionary anti-US government ideology.<< you obviously haven't followed the ramos and compean case. well, other than the lies of bush's friend johnny sutton. i've followed the case and you are flat out wrong. one career drug runner was shot in the behind. two border guards, who didn't know much of each other and both arriving in separate cars, said to have seen the career drug runner turn around with what looked like a weapon. nobody knows for sure - it is the word of a known lying career drug runner against the words of two independent border guards. period. he was carrying over a million dollars in drugs over the border for a large drug cartel. it is absurd to believe it was unreasonable that he was armed. congress was lied to in this case - and it took the head of some bushevic agency to be placed under oath in order to get the truth. sutton, et al, claimed these agents said they were "out to get some mexicans." didn't happen. the jury was LIED TO. johnny sutton had REJECTED a dea request to file drug charges against the guy shot in a separate incident that took place after the shooting and before the trial. sutton went to trial and had his bushevic attorneys get their known liar, known career drug runner get up and say he only did this once and for his sick mother. THEY KNEW IT WAS A TOTAL LIE. THEY DIDN'T CARE. the jurors that have been given accurate disclosure are sick that they convicted ramos and compean. sick! btw, sutton ended up charging and arresting the drug runner after he got his BP convictions. yes, for the exact same drug running event that he had REJECTED pre trial b/c HE KNEW THE TRUTH WOULD WRECK HIS CASE AGAINST RAMOS AND COMPEAN. oh, and there was no cover up. a verbal report was made to the highest ranking border guard and everyone on the scene (8-10 guys) all knew about the shooting. the senior BP agent didn't file the paperwork under the concept of "no harm, no foul" (they didn't know anyone was shot. that was a mistake - but it wasn't ramos and compean's mistake and that senior BP wasn't disciplined at the time. ramos and compean are bushevic political prisoners - PERIOD. johnny sutton is a lying, manipulating dishonest, dishonorable piece of sludged crap of a human being. he's the only person here who has proved he should be in jail.
